At Nura, we take great pride in delivering our beauty products to your doorstep across the United Kingdom. Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process and dispatch your items within 1 to 2 business days. We offer several delivery options to suit your needs: our Standard Delivery typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days, while our Express Delivery ensures your items arrive within 1 to 2 business days.

We want your experience with Nura to be as smooth and enjoyable as the products we offer. If for any reason you change your mind about a purchase, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intent to return. To initiate this process, you are only required to send a simple notification via email to allnura@outlook.com including your order number.

 

Quality is at the heart of everything we do. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at allnura@outlook.com with a photograph showing the issue. We will prioritize your request and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you. True to our policy, you will not be required to return the faulty item to us.

 

All approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of your email notification and will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that while we strive for speed, individual banks may take additional time to reflect the balance in your account. To ensure the sustainability of this model, Nura reserves the right to monitor the frequency of return requests. If you have any further questions or require assistance, our dedicated customer service team is available from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
